Gave me an estimate and I had a new furnace and air conditioner the very next day! With a new baby in the house and no air, it was not good. They saved me from having a hot, cranky baby! We needed a new boiler and water heater but we were dreading having it installed. Twenty five years ago when we replaced our old oil-fired boiler the installers made a huge mess of our furnace room and when they took the old boiler out into the back yard they spilled oil on the grass. It took a whole growing season before the bare spot finally filled in. The furnace room looked like a disaster area when they left. We were pleasantly surprised to discover, when the One Hour installers had completed their work that the room was cleaner and neater than we had ever kept it ourselves. Weíre thinking of trying to hire them to clean the rest of the house. The new boiler and hot water storage tank work perfectly and we are even noticing a significant reduction in our gas bill. Tonight we noticed our ac was not working. We called and the office attendant called the tech. He called me right back and we went over the basics. He asked where we lived. After I told him we were in Grafton he said he was here and would stop right over. He diagnosed the problem quickly, took care of the compressor and the thermostat. We appreciate it very much. It all began with Eric Johnson and his professional and informative introduction to One Hour Heating and AC. Saturday we talked and on Monday our new system was being installed! The installers arrived 10 minutes early and worked all day. They were done with everything by 3:30 pm! They explained how the entire system worked and exactly what they had done. Everyone worked like a well oiled machine. I can't remember a time that I ever saw such nice, professional people who were so dedicated and loved their work! Both Don and I felt like we got the best service and job well done that we could have! There was even talk of how much they liked their boss (Steve) - imagine that! That says alot all on its own. We recently contracted with One Hour for maintenance service on our furnace and air conditioner. Very important to us, our calls were never received by an answering machine nor did we get a recording. Calls are always received by a courteous staff member! When it came time to replace our furnace and air conditioning unit a qualified technician helped us to select the adequate replacements. The installers were efficient, well trained, showed concern with regard to our home and belongings. Installation was neatly done. Security is important to us, when setting up an appointment; we always were given the name of employee who would make the service call and time. Always prompt arrival, dependable, courteous, respectful service. We are very pleased with our air conditioner have not needed our furnace but expect the same quality of service.

When our previous furnace broke down during cold weather, we called several places from the yellow pages. The first response came from One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. The repairman was clean, respectful and knowledgeable with his trade. He was not pushy or dishonest. When we met with our Comfort Advisor to discuss a possible replacement with his company we were again satisfied. We obviously purchased the new equipment and installation from his company and are continuing to be a fan of the business. What was also appealing to us was their warranty on the furnace and air condition. We also liked knowing that if something were to go wrong, we were assured that a qualified repairman would be here within the hour. That is service!
