The History of Holland Home Services

Our company was founded by owners Steve and Kari Holland in 1996. Before starting the business, Steve gained valuable experience by doing his homework... that is, working and learning on many home heating and air conditioning systems with other highly-respected area contractors.

Education plays an important role in Holland’s ability to stay on the cutting edge of home comfort technology. Steve studied at both MATC and Waukesha County Technical College and has attended distributor programs, factory training and several classes per year.

In fact, all members of the Holland Comfort Team attend several classes per year. At Holland, continuing education means continuous improvement.

Taking Air Quality Control a Step Further

Holland customers who are concerned about the quality of their indoor air can breathe easier now that Holland is offering an air duct cleaning service. For people with allergies or other air quality control issues, this service offering is invaluable. Additionally, we now offer Whole House Dust removal systems!

The Holland Comfort Team

Holland customers can take comfort in the fact that we are a full service team consisting of highly trained technicians, installers and sales support staff. This allows for more thorough and expedient service. We currently employ a total of 22 service, install and customer care representatives.
